French Swear Words - (Just in case you need them)
1. Merde!(maird)
This translates quite literally as “shit.” You’ll definitely hear “merde” used in France in as wide of a context as “shit” in English. Sometimes, for extra emphasis, you’ll hear people say “MAIR-duuuhhhh” instead of the more accurate “maird”.

My fiance and I are wanting to move out of the United States in a year and a half. Where have you been or lived that truly amazed you? Even places you may have just seen pictures of or have heard about. I know so little about the world around me, and I am so eager to learn more. What better way than to learn from people that know better than me. : )
